Delivery
We despatch orders Monday to Saturday, excluding bank holidays. For orders received before 1.00 pm (or 11.00 am on Saturdays), we aim to despatch the same day.
Royal Mail is our preferred carrier and delivers to most UK addresses with a valid postcode.
Larger, heavier or bulky items may be delivered by EVRI, UPS or Parcelforce.
Courier costs and delivery times to offshore, island and remote locations may vary. If your order is affected, we will contact you.
Express Delivery Options
We understand that sometimes you may want your order more quickly, so we offer an Express Delivery option at checkout where available.
Express Delivery is typically 1–2 working days after the day of order / day of despatch, although this is not a guaranteed service. The price for Express Delivery is calculated automatically based on your location and the contents of your basket.
For orders received before 1.00 pm Monday to Friday, we will aim to despatch the same day, with many parcels arriving the next working day.
If you place your order after 1.00 pm Monday to Thursday, we may despatch it the next working day.
Orders received after 1.00 pm on Friday, or placed on Saturday or Sunday, will usually be despatched before 1.00 pm on Monday.
Express Delivery Exclusions
Express Delivery is not available to the following postcode areas and will not be offered at checkout:
AB, BT, FK, HS, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, PO, TR, ZE, JE, GY, IM
Unattended parcels
If your parcel will not fit through a standard-sized letterbox, it may be shipped using an appropriate tracked and signed-for service.
We are unable to agree to leave parcels unattended or unsecured in locations such as bins, sheds or other places specified by you.
If you ask the courier to leave your parcel in an unsecured place, you do so at your own risk and accept responsibility for the parcel once it has been delivered in accordance with your instructions.
Not going to be home?
If your parcel is being delivered by Royal Mail, you may be able to rearrange delivery for a more convenient time or collect it in person from your local Royal Mail delivery office or collection point. Identification may be required for collection.
If your parcel is being delivered by EVRI, UPS or Parcelforce, you may be able to choose alternative delivery options, such as delivery to a nominated neighbour or safe place, using the courier’s in-flight tracking options.

Delivery Areas
Our delivery charges apply to UK mainland residential delivery only.
We may elect not to ship large or bulky items that cannot be sent via standard Royal Mail services to island, offshore or remote locations. If your order is affected by this policy, we will contact you by email and, where necessary, cancel and refund your order.
We do not accept orders for delivery outside of the United Kingdom on this website.
We do not deliver to freight forwarding companies. If you place an order using a freight forwarding address, your order may be cancelled and refunded.
60 Days Returns
We want you to shop with confidence, so we offer a 60-day returns policy on eligible items.
If you change your mind and would like to return an item, please contact us within 60 days of delivery.
Returned items must be:
- unused and in a resaleable condition
- returned with the original manufacturer’s packaging, components and instructions where applicable
- packaged appropriately to prevent damage in transit
Returns are made at your own risk and cost unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error. We strongly recommend using a fully tracked delivery service for returned goods.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email to confirm receipt and advise whether your refund has been approved.
Refunds for eligible returned items will be made to your original payment method.
Items That Cannot Usually Be Returned
Some items are excluded from change-of-mind returns unless they are faulty, damaged, or supplied in error.
These may include:
- perishable goods
- animal food products, supplements or other consumable items where opened, used or unsealed
- customised or special-order items
- any item returned in a condition that is not resaleable
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can put things right.
Where an item is confirmed as faulty, damaged in transit, or supplied in error, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution depending on the circumstances.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
Your Statutory Consumer Rights
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you may have rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, as well as other applicable consumer protection laws.
These rights are separate from and in addition to our 60-day returns policy.
If you wish to exercise your statutory right to cancel, you must notify us within the relevant cancellation period. Returned goods must be sent back in appropriate condition, and you have a legal duty to take reasonable care of them while they are in your possession.
We will process any refund due in accordance with your statutory rights and applicable consumer law.
Partial Refunds / Deductions
In some cases, a full refund may not be appropriate. This may include situations where:

the item is not returned in its original condition

the item is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it
Where appropriate, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount to reflect any loss in value.
How To Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us via our Contact Us page with your order details and reason for return. We will then provide return instructions.
Refund Times
Once your returned goods have been received and inspected, we will process any approved refund within 7 days.
Please allow a reasonable time for the refund to appear in your account, as processing times can vary depending on your payment provider.
Original standard delivery charges may only be refunded where required by law. Premium or express delivery upgrades are non-refundable unless required otherwise under your statutory rights.
