Arcadia EarthPro Insect Fuel is a natural, nutrient-dense gut-load diet designed to feed and nourish live insect feeders such as crickets, locusts, mealworms and cockroaches. Made from UK-grown alfalfa, dried plants, fruits, full spectrum carotenoids, bee pollen, vitamins and minerals, it provides a balanced whole-food blend for improving the nutritional value of livefoods.
The formula contains no bran and therefore no phytic acid, helping avoid calcium inhibition while supporting cleaner, more effective gut-loading. Insect Fuel can be fed dry, mixed with warm water into a soft paste, or used to coat pieces of fresh fruit and vegetables depending on your preferred feeding method.
Whether used for daily cricket care, supporting locust nutrition, improving mealworm gut content or feeding roach colonies, Insect Fuel helps produce better-fed, more nutrient-rich feeder insects for reptiles, amphibians and invertebrates.

Bought to gut load the insects we feed our leopard gecko. Crickets were all over as soon as I put in the paste I made with water and ensure they got some hydration too. Will be it again buying again.
