Arcadia PureSun Compact Lamp Reflector Kit is a complete full-spectrum bird lighting system designed to provide both UVA and UVB for pet birds in small to medium wire cages. The kit includes Arcadia’s 20W PureSun compact lamp together with a highly efficient reflector hood, safety grill, switched lamp holder and bolt-secured cage bracket, giving you everything needed to get started from day one.
This compact kit has been designed to maximise the amount of visible light and UV directed down into the cage. Arcadia developed the reflector system specifically to overcome the poor downward light output that often limits standard compact lamps when used without a proper hood.

How To Use
Fit the bracket securely to a suitable wire cage and position the lamp directly above the bird so that light travels downward into the enclosure. Arcadia advises that bird lighting should not be fitted side-on to the eye and should always be installed overhead at the correct working distance for the species.
The switched holder can be used manually, or with a good-quality timer to help create a regular daily photoperiod.

- Humans should remain at least 12 inches away from the lamp
- Do not spray the lamp directly with water
- Switch the lamp off before carrying out cage maintenance
