How To Prepare

1. Pour boiling water into a bowl and stir in the powder, using 1 part powder to 2–3 parts water.
2. Allow the mixture to cool, or pour it into moulds to set. It can also be pasted onto rocks or décor for grazing fish.
3. The gel will firm in around 30 minutes at room temperature.
